Ready for later tonight or tomorrow morning. Well almost ready. I ran out of masking tape to complete the Kaiserstraße!

Prague in the far distance. R.Moldau top rights and the Rokenitzer Bach extending from the near end to the Moldau. The dark brown patches are the large, impassable ponds. Austrians on the ridge, Prussians to the right. The white slips of paper are to remind me which turn the respective Prussian columns arrive. |

View from behind the Austrian right. Browne will take personal command of this wing. |

Ziethen's reserve Prussian cavalry. All hussars. |

Nice work - looks like you have translated this onto the table pretty well - its going to be hard work for the poor old Austrian - did they ever fight in a war where they were the stronger army?!
ReplyDeleteThey always seemed to be short of cash didn’t they. Overall they had a bigger army than Fritz, but Fritz was often able to concentrate his better. There are some notable exceptions - Hohenfriedberg being the best.
DeleteYou are right! Prague is a really large battle. Have fun refighting it tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteCheers Jon. This is the beauty of 6mm.
DeleteLooking forward to this, and I will be rooting for Von Browne. Hope he does better than he did in reality!
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me. I must decide if he’s going to have any special rules.
DeleteGood luck, looks a bloody big affair. That’ll keep you busy for an hour or two. Are you rooting for any particular side?
ReplyDeleteI try not to, but my biases slip through.

DeleteLooking like a nice setup in your multi use shed!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Cheers Iain. It’s working out to be a good space. My one regret is sharing it for non-wargaming activity.
